Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): Official, Free Entry Steps

Prepare before you open the form

1. Have your passport, arrival date and transport details ready.
2. Know your address in Thailand, travel purpose and the health details the form requests.
3. Use an email address you can access while travelling.

Complete the official process

1. Choose Submit Arrival Card on the official site.
2. Enter your personal, travel, accommodation and health information.
3. Review the details against your passport and itinerary, then submit with your email address.
4. Download the card and QR code and keep them available for arrival.

Children, transit and repeat entry

Children and infants need a card. Non-Thai visitors entering by land or sea also need one. Airside transit without passing immigration is exempt. Each entry needs a new card; a group submission can include up to ten travellers.

If plans change or a detail is wrong

Use Update Arrival Card before entry. Immigration’s FAQ says full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth cannot be changed there; submit a corrected form for those fields. Only the latest valid record applies.

For a site error, keep a screenshot and contact Immigration staff. If the email or QR code does not arrive, ask an Immigration officer at the entry checkpoint.

Country where you boarded

This is a field in the official form. The reviewed manual and FAQ do not resolve every connecting-flight or technical-stop case. Check the form’s current help and ask Immigration about your exact itinerary rather than guessing from a third-party explanation.

TDAC does not set your permitted stay

Revised visa-exemption and visa-on-arrival rules took effect on 15 September 2026. Check eligibility for your passport and purpose of travel with Thai consular services. A submitted card grants neither entry permission nor a stay extension.

Avoid unofficial fees

The official form is free. A paid service is a third party. We do not take your passport details or submit the card for you.
