Using the Grab PIN pickup

Grab’s 21 September 2026 announcement describes a four-digit PIN queue at its expanded Gate 4 pickup area. If the app gives you a PIN, follow its zone instructions and confirm the trip with the waiting driver before boarding. Other booking types may show a named driver instead. The same announcement describes advance Airport Pickup as a planned fourth-quarter feature; confirm availability in the app rather than assuming it is live.

For an alternative to road traffic, compare the Airport Rail Link and your final hotel transfer in the Bangkok rail guide. Keep the public-taxi queue ticket or app record until the trip is complete.

EV Taxi VIP at Suvarnabhumi

AOT lists its EV Taxi VIP counter on Level 1 at Gate 4. Confirm its fare and vehicle availability with the service; the public-taxi meter and surcharge terms do not establish the VIP price.

Confirm the cost and keep the trip record

For a public taxi, separate the fare, 50-baht airport charge, tolls and any baggage charge. Keep the queue ticket. For an app ride, keep the booking record and check what its quote includes.

Use the Bangkok fare guide for the published meter schedule. If something goes wrong, follow the taxi complaint steps.
